We want to break through an existing tiled bathroom wall to create a door/ entrance way. We don't know if this wall is load bearing or not so it would be best to quote for both options. There is a heated towel rail on this wall. In addition we need to create a new wall with a door in the area which will be accessed by the new bathroom door to create a new bedroom. The new wall with door is approximately 2.6 m high by 1.3m wide.
