stripping wallpaper, re-gib, painting

Hi there, I have a 1920s house in Avondale which we are looking at having a small bit of work done to it. We have three rooms plus a small hallway which needs to have the wallpaper stripped, most likely a portion of that plastered (the current wallpaper has been painted over) and also a small bedroom which has an outside door which we would like filled in (this most likely will affect a few of the boards on the deck outside which will need to be replaced), and then once completed have the whole lot painted (we have the paint). We also have the ceiling in the lounge which needs to be stripped and painted. I am interested in receiving a quote on how much this might cost.
