Rotting window frame in Sandringham (near St Lukes mall)
Job description
Hi I have a 100-year-old weatherboard bungalow- and recently noticed this exterior wood frame to a box window is rotten. I guess there is a leak inside the frame somewhere (?), as there is also evidence of some water damage inside as well. keen to get it sorted before winter. Also have other jobs around the place (deck stuff etc) which id be keen to get quotes on . too, but they are not urgent. thanks
