Remove bath, vanity, toilet. Line wall as required, frame foor for shower tray. Install shower tray, liner, doors, new vanity & toilet. Tile floor (approx. 3 sq.m.) & walls (approx. 6 sq.m.). Allow for all plumbing, gibstopping where required, clearing away any demilition rubbish & old fittings.

Fraser always turned up as promised & did the work in the allocated time. It was an extremely professional job, cleaned up afterwards as well which was excellent. This was a most painless and worthwhile project, thanks to Fraser & his team. We reallly are grateful to you Fraser, more so as our daughter was nervous about tradesman being around as she lives alone. I most certainly would recommend HGBuilders to anyone wanting ths sort of work done.
