Carport/Pergola

We are looking to build a pergola along the front of our house which incorporates a carport at one end (right hand side of house as per picture attached) - this will extend roughly 1 metre past the end of the house. Using basic measurements the pergola/carport will be roughly 9.5m long, and 3.5m wide. Basic sketch view of the sort of thing we want is also attached. We will need a concrete pad laid with a smooth finish as the base (will need to have mesh and be able to take the weight of a car), and the pergola/carport itself will be white-painted timber with clear "nova roof" corrugated covering it. Could we please have an estimate of cost and timing for the work.
