I have an old 70's house with weatherboards and blockbase. Whilst preparing boards for painting I discovered that the lowest boards have started to disintegrate where they touch the blockbase. I suspect they are old type of fibre based boards. This is happening 3 or 4 places around the house. I need these replaced.
