Alteration for conversion to external spouting

Currently have Taylor Fascia internal spouting which needs replacing. Wanting to convert to external spouting and require a qualified tradesperson who is willing to do the conversion work required packing out the spouting if required. Currently there are areas where it is almost impossible to get a hand into the gutter for cleaning. Hoping to find someone who also has a plumber they work with who can do the spouting when alteration complete.
