Builder for small internal alteration

We need a qualified builder to remove the top half of the wall (which is a bearing wall) between the kitchen and the living room. A beam won't be needed as a post will be sufficient. You will need to move the electrical fittings. Some small alteration work to wardrobe in a bedroom as well.

Good quality work, however did not think to take any money off the original quote for one aspect of the job I asked him not to do as I had a different solution in mind. Otherwise no problems.
