small bungalow repairs

Hello, my 1920s bungalow needs some repair work this week please: - rubber lining flashing over bay window stuck down - repair to wood under one corner eaves of roof (req tall ladder) - repair to wooden floor panel at front door, screw in from below - repair/restick metal strip down at floor edge of the back deck door. I need these done this week please. Let me know if you want photos. Please arrange to visit/attend ASAP. Thanks!

Lars was prompt and skilled, and did a great job. Gave me lots of good advice when I asked. Also noticed my hotwater was overflowing and went beyond to helpfully fix it for me. Would definitely recommend.
