tenant moved out after 2 years1 bed room flat and its very sad needs new vinyl surface painting like window sills and entrance a very green bath and hand basin to be sprayed white minor carpentry work power plug attached to wall broken tiled repaired in front of fire place sticky windows back door needs replacing etc Just lots of minor things due to years of putting things off The vinyl needs replacing through out the small flat and carpet cleaned We are 77 and our get up has got up and gone No dishonest tradesmen please
