We need to have a trapdoor installed in our laundry to provide access to underneath our house. The previous owners seem to have covered up the access with the deck and not left any way of getting under the house. We'd like it done prior to the end of August (and we're open to alternative solutions to this problem).

I was completely stoked with the job Mike did. He turned up on time, quoted reasonably and did it the same afternoon. Fantastic. I will get Mike back to do any future work we need.
