Small brick wall repair

There is an existing low brick retaining wall for the courtyard garden which is damaged in a couple of places. The damage ranges from bricks being loose to part of the wall coming away due to an olive tree. The tree has been cut down but the stump remains and I am not sure if that can be removed and the wall reinstated. Note the wall is only about 3 bricks high at that point. I would like to have the wall repaired please.
