Office exstension adding toilet and smoko area.

we have a 3 bay versatile garage the first bay is turned in to an office this is not big enough for staff now so we need to extend it by 3 metres to also include a kitchen area and toilet for staff at the moment there is neither of these, the other 2 bay area are for our private use. so we are hoping to extend office.
