small block job about 70 blocks plus footing

we need a couple of small walls built 20 series around 35 blocks each as well as someone to epoxy starter and dig a footing --- deep the footing needs to be cut into a existing slab approx. 100mm thick the blocks built next to an exist block / concrete wall the slab for blocks is in but the footing will be used to support a post we can provide the cage for the footing suggest a skip bin to take away the spoil and wash out pouring blocks and footing at the same time
