The initial design was for a block retaining wall with embedded posts on which a timber fence could be constructed above the wall (as shown in the attached detail). However, I would like to consider extending the block work to the full height of the proposed fence, with a honed finish on the blocks. This job is for the blockwork or construction of entire wall if preferred.
