We have a brick & tile 1960s unit in Waterview and we've discovered water has been getting into the corner of a room and caused gradual damage to the carpet. We found a bottom brick that joins the foundation blocks has had its mortar dislodged (possibly by a tree root) and appears to be causing the problem as it matches the location. The brick had been under the garden level and that area was often wet. We're getting excess water from the patio of the unit next door, which we'll address, but...

Feature wall?
