Driveway entrance

I am looking for someone to help create an entrance at the bottom of our driveway that will include our letterboxes (currently getting vandalised) and house numbers (as it is difficult to find us). Our homes are only 3 years old (approx.) and as you will see in the second photo, it still looks like an entrance to a building site. The area we have to work with is limited and on the lefthand side there are in-ground meters that need to remain accessible. I need someone with ideas, problem solving ability and great workmanship who can come up with a solution that complements our homes and is affordable. Don't want timber or brick, probably concrete? The first photo is merely a concept that I smashed together with my limited computer skills as a starting point. I DO NOT want someone to simply come along and quote on this photo. I want someone who get the gist of what we are trying to achieve and come up with the best solution. Thanks so much!
