We have a basement that i want to use for storage. The sides are concrete and i would like them rendered so i can paint sealant on them to keep moisture out. The rendering doesn't need to be perfectly square - just good enough to provide a good surface for the sealant. I would like the top of the concrete work to be level so i can put shelving on top. Approx 20 square meters. Easy access. Off street parking. Near Eden Park.
