We have a brick and tile 1940s statehouse that has the white textured concrete base. We would like this to be rendered or flattened somehow to modernise the look of the house. We also need the old balustrade replaced with a modern timber post style similar to the photo attached. This may be a separate job for a different tradie but looking to get both done at the same time.
