I have a 1970s brick and tile unit. I have just had a ducted heat pump system installed throughout the house. When they installed the new system, I had a single heat pump in the living room removed. Where the ducting from the interior to exterior unit passed through the wall has left a hole in the plasterboard inside and the brick wall outside. The following is what I'd like doing: 1. Repair the hole in the brick cladding or replace the surrounding bricks 2. Remove the electrical outlet (it has already been isolated from the power board) and fill the hole 3. Remove/grind out four masonry screws that held the brackets for the exterior unit of the heatpump and fill those holes 4. Fill the cavity hole with insulation 5. Repair the hole in the plasterboard (I'm happy to sand and paint it!)

Great communications from the beginning. Seemed such a small job but it needed the right person with the right tools. Looks great.
