We have a textured ceiling in our lounge, it's asbestos as we had it tested. We want it removed professionally by someone who is certified (we will require confirmation of this eg your name appears on list of certified contractors provided on the Department of Labours website). We are looking at the cheapest possible option while still being of extremely high quality as we are a young couple with small children and we do not plan on selling our house any time soon.
