Asbestos removal (lounge ceiling)

We have a textured ceiling in our lounge, it's asbestos as we had it tested. We want it removed professionally by someone who is certified (we will require confirmation of this eg your name appears on list of certified contractors provided on the Department of Labours website). We are looking at the cheapest possible option while still being of extremely high quality as we are a young couple with small children and we do not plan on selling our house any time soon. The ceiling is approx. 22 squared metres. We live in Hamilton. We also want the air test done after the removal has been completed. We are interested in hearing your methods in detail. Not interested in cutting corners, will happily pay for a job that is done properly as it is the health of our family at stake. We are wanting the asbestos removed ASAP.
