Putting in plumbing in garage to install bathroom - need architectural draftsman

Kia ora, I am putting in plumbing in garage to install bathroom - need architectural draftsman to create plans for the plumber and builder to follow. Plumber has told me the first step is getting architectural drawings, and working out how to room off the bathroom, so that the plumbers can take care of the pipes. Consent from council will be needed.
