Plans for kitchen and bathroom renovation
Job description
This is a 1900s farm cottage (modified and renovated 20 years ago) that I'm looking to partially renovate - kitchen, bathroom, exterior cladding repair/replace, new joinery, new entrance way, new deck. Builders I have spoken to prefer a plan to work off for this job. It is not flash or sexy, the house is old and a bit run down, but the transformation will be awesome. I'm flexible on time frame, but ideally would have completed plans by June.

I can't really rate the work as there was misunderstanding on both sides of requirements from my side and process/outputs from their side. I wanted plans that a builder could quote against, but the building firm I contacted couldn't quote off the plans due to insufficient detail. After 3 years of trying to get these renos completed, I give up. So neither a positive or negative reflection on Allure. Just know what it is you need and make sure it is what you are getting.
