Deck for Murphy

Hi all, We are looking for people to produce the plans * we are after a deck off our second story dining area ( over existing concrete stairs) *the lowest point off the ground will be 300mm , - highest point 3 meters * two of the sides will be attached the existing buildings ( house and garage concrete foundation * it is to be spec'ed for a roof to be built later- we can't afford one yet. *it will have stairs to the ground, ballistrade, wall for roof. * we also need a window replaced by a door (yet to be made).
