I have a client who owns the property at -- ------- St, Whanganui that would like plans completed to turn the house into 2 x 2 bed units. Attached is a very old plan that shows roughly what they are wanting to achieve, but they would like to utilise the verandah to split the front right hand bedroom into 2 bedrooms. Front unit needs to be kept under 60m2 to avoid needing to apply for a resource consent
