Design Review, LBP plan sign off

We unkowingly engaged a local 'architect' to complete documentation for our small renovation consisitnig of a deck, bathroom, garage and carport. The documents where submitted to council July and only item outstanding is LBP no. for designer, which the 'architect' doesnt have, or there architectual registration. We are looking for a licenced person to review the 5 drawings and sign of for council. We have correspondance from council that consent is ready to be issued. We can pay in cash upon completion, before christmas if possible.

We do Design, Drafting works, Building and Resource consents, Subdivision, 3D Modelling, Site Supervision, Construction Administration and Council Liaison, we do BC and RC lodgement to council. I am in the business for 23 years now. I am happy to work around the clients design requirements but also provide my design input where necessary to comply.
