Garage Conversion - Renewed

This advert has been up before - but contact was derailed by lockdown! We are looking for a draughtsman to draw up consent documents for our proposed garage conversion to a one bedroom apartment. I have a general layout planned already (see photo), so just need the technical aspects completed for consent application. Space is approx 9m long by 6m wide and we want to leave a storage unit for the house - please see the attached photo as proposal. Cost conscious and the quicker the better. Looking at the moment just for plans, but can consider full service.
