Downstairs renovation

I would like to renovate my existing downstairs which currently consists of three bedrooms and a garage. I want to expand some of the garage/reduce one of the bedrooms to include a laundry area. I want to change one of the bedrooms into an ensuite bathroom. I would like the plans drawn up so that I can apply for council approval. I have applied for the property bag drawings.
