Draft our hopeful renovation

we are wanting to undertake renovations on our small house in red beach. We do not have funds for a large scale architectural renovation, we simply need plans drawn up to have the space work better with the addition of a third bedroom. I have attached a rough but fairly to scale sketch of the layout of the house. We have had a building inspector through the property and due to the trusses throughout the roof none of the walls in the house are load bearing. Essentially what we are looking for is to utilise the space of approx 11-12m2 which currently houses the hallway, toilet, bathroom and laundry better. We would like this square meterage split between a combined bathroom/laundry (machines at one end with bench over the top) and small bedroom. I am not sure if it is worth mentioning but we will be gutting the kitchen and would like to extend approx 600mm further down into the dining room from where it currently sits. We would like the person taking this job to take the plans through to council also on our behalf however we will take care of project management from that point onwards.
