Architect for new house
Job description
This is a new house build in Stanmore Bay. We have a floor plan and we need an architect to take it up, suggest any things we have not thought about and then proceed to working drawings. Engineering is also required. Council can be managed by us if needed but preferably this would be part of the architect's job. Feel free to contact so I can send you the plan. David did the design of our new house from a ready floorplan to working drawings and passed it through council. Through the long process, he has been helpful and explained everything, giving advice and generally being a great asset during a challenging time. The only small hitch was that the project went a bit longer than expected, but at a time where all the building industry is going nuts, that's to be expected. He has been brilliant to work with and I highly recommend him!
