Would like a reliable, experienced and cost effective surveyor that operates in the Northern Wellington area i.e from Khandallah through to Tawa & possibly as far as Whitby in providing professional information as to whether a largish section, almost always with a existing house on site, is able to be sub-divided and if so what would be the approx cost involved in doing so with each site. It may be on 2 or 3 sections a week or it may be 2 or 3 a month. Look forward in hearing from you soon... Cheers Wayne S
