Designs for extension
Job description
Hi there. I want to get designs for a 3 or 4x11m extension and some inside changes to my 77sqm home in Porirua. Would like someone that knows the rules and has worked with PCC on similar projects. I also need help with submitting plans to PCC. Is within a month too soon? Anyway I would like something into PCC as early as possible but I understand that this may not be possible. Just giving you an idea of how keen I am. Thanks for your time.

Sam's work, timing and communication is spot on. From concept to detailed design through to consent he has kept be involved and informed. Sam has kept just ahead of schedule. I'm really happy with the designs and the additions he's made. He's also managing the consent process which is progressing smoothly. Sam is a relaxed but very professional individual.
