Draftsman needed for addition of small bathroom in basement

We have a garage, rumpus room, and workshop under the main part of the house. We want to add a bathroom (could be just toilet and sink) to the workshop where there is already water supply (existing sink). Height of door to workshop = 178cm Area of work shop (to the right of door where the dryer is and behind that) potentially to be used for toilet and sink = 153cm x 150cm Height of workshop from floor to beam = 195cm We need the help of a draftsman to draw plans and submit to council for consent before engaging a renovator to begin the work.
