Shane was fantastic to work with! Having called the council to enquire about installing a second kitchen downstairs for my mother, I was advised this wasn't possible unless we fireproofed the whole downstairs space. I spoke with Shane and he explained that as we aren't planning to rent out the space as a separate dwelling, the kitchen consent would be accepted by the council. After drawing up the plans and liaising with council, we now have an approved & fully consented kitchen. Great work!
