Pragmatic Foundation Plan

Request a draftsman to draw up a pragmatic foundation plan, suitable to meet Auckland Council consent process, including appropriate bracing plan. Also request the site visit and plan can be completed within a couple of weeks, as I've been delayed by numerous builders for 10 months. If you can't achieve that, please don't respond. The sooner the better! The house was built in the late 70's, on a slope, approx 112m2. Geotech report available if needed. I already have specialist repiler's lined up, however need a draftsmans plan for council consent and accurate quote of materials. Not looking for an 'over the top' engineer or architect plan, just a clean clear foundation plan, so I can get my project moving. Thanks heaps for your time and consideration.
