We are renovating our house and require someone to draw up our new floor plan and get consent from council. The house was moved to site 3 years ago so we have an accurate floorplan already, changes just need to be made to the layout, we are not changing the footprint of the building. Believe we will need a structural engineer, so please include this cost.
