Draughting needed for new shower consent

We are looking to renovate an existing 70sqm (ish) space including putting a shower in which will need consent. The space is currently gutted and looking for a drawing to be done quickly to get to council. The floor is below drain so the shower will require a pump and raised on a plinth. 5 bay shed

Got plans for 4 bay shed that I want another bay added to join an existing shed that is non consented but less than 110m2 . KDC have been difficult with spec’s and I wanted to increase height of gable roof to 5.2m and 4.2 m edges . Existing is 4.2m and 3.3m edges,so to match as a pole shed . I would like to remove an aluminium conservatory and extend the lounge into the existing space. The conservatory sits on concrete and is lower than the existing floor. The backyard gets the afternoon sun and I would like a window or windows on this wall. I would also like a door to provide access to the outdoor patio. Measurements: Conservatory: approx 2.5 x 3.8 (+ 900 to extend to existing external wall) I require plans for the consent process.

House Alteration

I am looking to do a refurbishment of my house and want to re-design the interior layout to something more user friendly. It is a small-ish 1960's bungalow style place. Work will include new kitchen, all new aluminium joinery, deck and new roof. It will also include re-designing the entry via the deck and better incorporation of the existing garage.
