New single storey residential build

We just need plans drawn up. We have a good idea of design and requirements and building materials to be used. Full working drawings required to submit for consent . Perhaps we should have been more explicit about building materials as we wish to build with concrete filled polystyrene blocks (ambience) produced by Styrobec in Auckland. Our present house which we built ourselves using this method has been extremely successful regarding insulation and acoustics.We also like that it is a very solid build but requires a lot of thought in the design stage which we are happy to assist with. Thank you for all those who have responded so far but this does require a bit more of a challenge.
