Assist with bach design and council approving process

Hi there, we have been going from A~Z and back to A again with various projects which dried out due to various different reasons, so we're starting from scratch again. We have a need of an architect who deals with Hurunui council and who could help us drawing our bach plans and assisting with the approval of it as well. This desider dwelling will be a simple square 3bedroom monopitch design on pile foundation and color steel padding. Happy to provide more details when required.
