WE need a draughtsman drawing to apply for a building consent exemption, regarding a load bearing wall. WE will have an engineers report/design. This is required as soon as possible please Council requires: A full drainage plan showing pipe location, pipe sizes, fall and outfall. • More information about ventilation, each bathroom will need its own extractor fan extracting to the outside. • More information regarding the wall being removed, is this a load bearing wall? If so, we will need a PS1, calculations and construction details from a CPEng engineer. • Information on wall and floor linings in the bathroom. • Registration details for the draftsperson
