Garage conversion for hair salon

Needing plans drawn up for council to convert part of internal access double garage to hair salon, hence plans need to include an addition of an internal wall, and the removal of main garage door to a smaller door one side and patio doors for salon entrance the other. Will also be needing plumbing and drainage, and the council will be requiring a layout of the salon on the plans, which we can assist with. Approx costs to have ready for council and if you have experience with this type of project would be great to know. Thanks
