Job description
1925 weatherboard bungalow requires re configuring of rooms with new kitchen/living out the back, north facing side of the house. We need an architectural drafts person initially to draw plans and help with consents.

Really enjoyed working with Phil on our project, nothing was a problem. He was very accommodating and knowledgeable. He had some excellent ideas on how to work the new addition to the existing dwelling. He also assisted in engaging other professional engineers, plumbers etc. He enjoys working with character dwelling and worked together with us on our project.

"It's been a real joy working with Blair and Sarah. They had a clear vision of what they wanted to achieve with the house while being open to ideas and creative input. The result was a contemporary extension towards the rear northerly aspect to accommodate future solar panels and open the main living areas to sun, heat and light. We also did extensive remodelling within the existing building envelope as well as a full re-clad and insulation of all exterior walls. A very pleasing result."
