I wish to build a 7.5 x 7.5 mtr garage in North Beach on a TC2 section. I have 2 concepts in mind, I require assistance in meeting CCC future flood level requirements. Am in Flood Control Zone which may mean blockwork to a certain height, Council cannot provide level @ mo : ( Advice on easiest means of complying / construction required, plus adding to kitset plans or possibly starting from scratch ? Advice on suitability of kitset design required, the flood compliance may exclude one of the options under consideration ? Design is minimal / coastal, not an architectural statement. A consent was issued several years ago for garage on the site, geotech report was fine, consent has lapsed. Look forward to your response. : )

Craig did a great job, communication was excellent and extremely prompt, he had competent reasonable cost subcontractors at the ready with whom he obviously has a good working relationship. He worked through a number of concept changes without raising an eyebrow, end result is better than I'd expected. All in all, very happy and would recommend Craig to anyone I knew who required similar work.
