Need Architect that specializes in water proofing to provide a design for a existing deck that needs to go...underneath deck is a dry living area that is part of the house. Looking at a floating deck with waterproofed membrane of some description...current deck is leaking and needs to be replaced and lowered. New rails/bannisters to comply with current standards. Looking at approx. cost to draw new plans. Deck is approx. 3M by 10M

Council delayed things a little - but other than that Dmitriy was very easy to deal with and the job was consented without issue.
