Plans & Building Consent req'd for minor alteration to 1920s Bungalow

We have Resource Consent (SUB & LUC) for a 2-lot subdivision and are looking for a draftsperson who can work with us on the next stage. In this first instance, we require Working Drawings and Building Consent obtained for a minor renovation - the removal of 2.5 sqm from the corner of the existing dwelling, as per the Resource Consent. Following on from that, we'll need Working Drawings and Building Consent obtained for the New Build at the rear of the site. A passion for character Bungalows & Villas preferred. Looking to get underway asap so seeking your availability, approx lead time and fee estimate. Thanks.
