Stump Grind against weatherboard house

Site visit and quote please to grind a bay tree stump that is up against the side of a weatherboard house and concrete footing. Getting the stump ground down to at least 20cm below ground level is critical for the builders to be able to fix that wall up. Be carefull of the concrete footing of the building. Clear site afterwards/ remove waste. Some fence panels can be removed carefully for access - however we don't want to damage the concrete fence footing, or fence panels as we will be reusing them.
