Big garden tidy up

Silver birch tree trim

At the front of my property at the lakes, are 8 silver birch trees that are getting too tall. Previously they have been topped, and as a result they have a lot of new shoots. What I need is a crown reduction, where the new shoots are taken back and the tree kept in a nice shape. The trees are tall, maybe 5-6 meters, so even using a ladder and a pole trimmer might be tricky.
