Large Tree Removal

Hi There, We are a Playcentre in Coatesville and are looking for someone to remove a large Brazilian Pepper tree, i think thats what its called. Its multistemmed and fast growing and aparently now classified as a noxious weed so we don't need consent to remove it. It does have a couple of power cables running through it and is on a fence line so we would have to consider the neighbouring school. We would like the tree removed including the stump and removal of the branches etc.
