Francis and his team done an excellent job. The scope of work changed from grinding a tree stump, to multiple stumps, moving a fence back with new posts, adding a retaining wall and shifting lots of soil to make the ground move even. We are very happy with the end result and looking forward to putting down grass. I marked the communication as 3/5 as response time were a bit slow, but this would not impact me reaching out to Francis for future projects as everything else was great.

Fantastic service. Very good communication skills. Came promptly on time to carry out the quote of the tree service. Set a time and then changed the date as he had looked ahead at weather forecast and promptly got in touch to arrange a more suitable day. The service he provided was excellent and had done exactly as we had requested. The area was left neat and tidy and we were thrilled with the end results. We would definitely use again.
