Palm Tree Frond Pruning

I am enquiring for a friend who has a large (approx 10 metres tall) palm tree and wants to get an approximate cost for trimming the dead palm fronds (there are around 5-7 dead fronds). There is no access to the palm for anything like a cherry picker etc so you would need to climb the palm.
